BILOCATE: Summoning The Bygones

BILOCATE was founded in 2003 by brothers vocalist Ramzi and keyboardist Waseem Essayed, along with their friend bassist Hani Al-Abadi and lead guitarist Baha Farah. Second guitarist Rami Haikal joined the group in 2004, which then proceeded to record their debut album 2005's ‘Dysphoria’. With Waseem bravely handling both keyboards and drums, ‘Dysphoria’ featured the “longest song ever created by an Arab metal band”, ‘A Desire To Leave’. In 2006, BILOCATE finally located the perfect drummer, whom they found in Ahmad Kloub. The band continued on to work on their second record, 2008's ‘Sudden Death Syndrome’, which was acknowledged warmly by local and international press.

BILOCATE features: Ramzi Essayed – vocals, Rami Haikal – guitar, Baha Farah - lead guitar, Waseem Essayed – keyboards, Hani Al Abadi – bass and Ahmad Kloub – drums
